The generation before us never spoke the truth about marriage after kids.
But the f- truth is, marriage can be hard after kids.
So many changes come that we weren’t prepared for and when they hit us we feel like giving up, leaving and starting afresh again.
What’s even worse is, we never discuss openly with people close to us about what’s going on behind closed doors in our marriage because we are afraid of being judged.
But if you know you’re tired of feeling trapped, you feel like you made a mistake, you might even feel depressed some days.
Then when you say to your spouse there is a problem and you think you should both of you should reach out for help from a life /marriage coach or therapist,
they start saying it’s your hormones or that things will be fine, which simply blocks that conversation from going on.
I know it can be discouraging but i want to say if you have been in such a scenario before.
I suggest you listen to this episode below and then make a decision after you’ve listened to it.
