I Don’t Feel Like a Priority to My Husband

How do you get past feeling like you’re an option and not a priority to your husband?

The first question is, why do you want to get past that feeling?

If it’s because you’re tired of showing him that you don’t want to be treated as an option but rather as a priority and he hasn’t changed or kept his word, or he doesn’t see it the way you do, then giving up about it might be the easier choice.

My answer is don’t try to get rid of that feeling; instead, seek it even more.

You deserve attention; you deserve to be his priority; you deserve to feel loved and like you matter.

You’re a human, and you have feelings. You deserve what you’re feeling.

I want to share a quick secret that can help you in this puzzle ….

If in the past you never felt like an option to him, but now you do, this is mainly because there’s a deep disconnection between the two of you.

And if you can find the root of the disconnection, like finding answers to questions such as when did you start feeling this? How long have you been feeling like this? 

Understanding when the disconnection started and what made you two so distant from each other is key.
